Meat Emporium wants to provide its customers with the best shopping experience possible, therefore, if for any reason our customers are not satisfied with their purchase, we are fully engaged in resolving the matter. To exercise the right to exchange and/or return a product, you must follow the following general conditions:

  • All exchanges and/or returns of products purchased in Meat Emporium will be made in its physical store.
  • All exchanges and/or returns will be made with the receipt of the purchase.
  • Returns and/or exchanges must be made during the store's business hours. Monday through Saturday 8:00 am – 8:00 pm and Sundays 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
  • We reserve the right to limit or deny any refund or exchange. All returns or exchanges are subject to an external verification process.
  • In case the purchase was made with a credit card, the refund will be made to the credit card.
  • The product must be in optimal condition: in its original packaging, with its labels properly legible, and without having been used or consumed.

The deadlines established by the company to accept exchanges or returns, once the verification process is completed, are:

  • For perishable products, an exchange or return of the item can be made up to 24 hours after the purchase is made.
  • For groceries or non-perishable products, a refund can be made within 5 days.
  • The same for grocery or non-perishable products, you can exchange the item for products of the store during an estimated time of 14 days. With the exception of "discount item policies" and/or "high rotations holiday items".

Discounted item policies

Discounted items are non-returnable, therefore all customers are asked to check the freshness of these products before leaving the store.

High rotation items on holiday season

During the holiday season, there are high return items that are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, these items are identified in the store with warning signs of this policy.
